In a dynamic digital & cyber landscape where trust & collaboration is key, ATS continues to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes through collaboration with GovTech, government agencies and commercial partners to mitigate cyber risks and bolster security postures.

We are seeking a skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing identity solutions, with expertise in various authentication and authorization protocols, including Microsoft-specific technologies.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across our organisation
Configure and manage identity brokering products, with a focus on Microsoft Ecosystem (AD, ADFS, PKI, MS Entra)
Implement and manage authentication protocols including Kerberos, SAML and OAuth
Utilise Microsoft Graph API for identity management and automation
Ensure the security and governance of the identity infrastructure
Develop codes to reduce operations toils and automate manual tasks
Support operations, troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IAM or related fields
Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, ADFS)
Strong knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Proficiency in using Microsoft Graph API for identity management tasks
Knowledge of identity governance and compliance requirements
Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
Proficient in CI/CD pipeline development and management
Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and security automation
Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator
Azure Security Engineer
Azure / AWS Devops
