Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java/Kotlin.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications following best practices.
Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
Contribute to agile ceremonies and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of hands-on software development experience in Java or Kotlin.
Experience with TypeScript and React for frontend development.
Exposure to C# for backend or service integration work.
Proficiency in MSSQL or other relational databases.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, API development, and software engineering fundamentals.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Agile, fast learner, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
