Senior Product Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who brings the sharp analytical instincts of a data-driven analyst and the execution muscle of a seasoned PM. You'll own high-impact product areas on our consumer app driving growth, engagement, and monetization for millions of users. You'll thrive here if you've lived inside fast-moving B2C apps and love making decisions rooted in data, user behaviour and business impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key consumer-facing features, from discovery and scoping to

launch, measurement, and iteration

• Define and track north-star metrics, KPIs, and OKRs for your product areas; translate complex data into

sharp product decisions

• Drive user growth, retention, and monetization through a mix of product experiments, funnel optimisation and engagement initiatives

• Design and run A/B tests with rigour- hypothesise, instrument, analyse, and operationalise learnings

across the team

• Work closely with engineering, design, data, business, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality

product experiences at speed

• Leverage your analytics background to independently explore data, identify drop-offs, and surface insights

• Contribute to supply-demand balance and marketplace health strategies in our two-sided astrologer-user platform

• Present product strategy, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and conviction

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of core product management experience in a B2C mobile-first tech company

• 1-2 years of prior exposure to product analytics, data analysis, or growth analytics

• Strong command of SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Redash, Metabase, or similar)

• Proven track record of owning product features from ideation to launch with measurable outcomes

• Experience running structured A/B tests and drawing statistically sound conclusions

• Deep familiarity with user funnels, cohort analysis, retention curves, and engagement metrics

• Strong written and verbal communication, you can write a crisp PRD and present to a CXO with equal ease

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a quantitative field (preferred)
