Senior Back End Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer (.NET) to join our fast-paced tech

team. This role requires deep experience with Microsoft technologies and a passion for building

high-performance, scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation

in backend development, database management, and software design best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using ASP.NET, MVC, ASP.NET

Core, Web API, and C#

● Write clean, efficient, and scalable code aligned with best practices and standards

● Work with Entity Framework for ORM and efficient data access

● Optimize application performance through code reviews and performance tuning

● Analyze and debug complex systems to ensure high reliability and functionality

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features

● Design and develop database structures and queries using MySQL/MS SQL Server

● Implement AJAX and jQuery for improved front-end integration

● Document code, procedures, and processes effectively

Skills and Qualifications:

● Strong experience with Microsoft Technologies: ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, Web

API, Entity Framework

● Solid understanding of software algorithm design, debugging, and performance optimization

● Good experience in MySQL/MS SQL Server database programming

● Proficient in AJAX, jQuery, and modern backend architecture practices

● Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and work in a collaborative team

environment

● Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset

● Experience working in global, cross-functional teams

Desirable Skills:

● Familiarity with version control systems like Git

● Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus

● Experience in agile development environments

● Passion for writing simple, elegant, and maintainable code
