GTM System Analyst (Open to Fresh Grads!)

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / PHT Day-shift

Role Overview: We are looking for a GTM Systems Analyst to support and scale our go-to-market operations. The role focuses on automation, CRM management, reporting, and process optimization.

You will work directly with the GTM Specialist to streamline workflows, maintain CRM data integrity, and help build a scalable, automation-driven GTM engine.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automations in Make
• Audit CRM data, manual processes, and repetitive tasks; propose and implement
• automations to improve efficiency
• Maintain pipeline consistency, properties, and records
• Create dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc reports to track GTM performance
• Map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
• Support GTM campaigns with operational setup and execution tasks
• Document workflows, SOPs, and automation logic for team visibility, scalability, and
• posterity
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and maintain data/process integrity

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in MIS, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer
• Science, Data Science, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in operations, systems, automation, or analytics, OR strong
• academic project experience
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Familiarity with automation tools (Make or similar)
• Strong logical thinking, process orientation, and attention to detail
