Job Description

The IT Specialist - Business Analysis and Systems Integration serves as the bridge between business operations, client stakeholders, and technology solutions. The role is responsible for analyzing business processes, translating operational needs into technical requirements, and ensuring that systems, integrations, and workflows support efficient business operations.


This role also manages key internal and client-facing technology initiatives by coordinating with different departments such as Sales, Client Success, Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, and external vendors. The position requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.


The IT Lead will also support IT operational initiatives and collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to ensure systems and tools are aligned with business needs.


Key Responsibilities


1.Business Analysis& Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing business processes across departments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather and document business requirements for system implementations, integrations, and workflow improvements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for IT solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process automation or system enhancements.


2.Systems & Application Integration

  • Support the design and implementation of integrations between core business systems such as CRM, ATS, HRIS, and productivity platforms.
  • Assist in defining data mappings, workflows, and automation logic across integrated systems.
  • Monitor system integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Maintain documentation for system architecture, workflows, and integrations.


3.Accounts & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary IT liaison for internal departments and selected client accounts regarding technology-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into actionable IT initiatives.
  • Provide updates and visibility on ongoing IT-related projects and system implementations.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and aligned with IT capabilities and timelines.


4.Reporting & Data Insights

  • Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of operational reports, dashboards, and data insights to help teams make informed decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to define key metrics and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems used for reporting.


5.IT Project, Operational & Analytical Support

  • Support the planning and execution of IT-related projects such as system rollouts, automation initiatives, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Coordinate with the IT infrastructure team to ensure business systems and tools are properly deployed and maintained.
  • Provide ad hoc operational support for internal teams on system-related inquiries, process clarifications, and technical coordination when needed.
  • Assist employees with technology-related questions or system usage guidance, particularly for business applications and operational tools.
  • Assist in gathering and validating data for reports related to operations, client accounts, or system performance.
  • Document workflows, processes, and system configurations for internal reference and knowledge sharing.



Qualifications


Education

Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Business Information Systems or a related field.


Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or IT operations.
  • Experience working with business systems such as CRM, ATS, HRIS, or ERP platforms.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Background in process improvement, workflow design, or system integration projects is highly preferred.


Technical Skills

  • Business process mapping and documentation (Figma, Lucid chart, etc.)
  • Experience with business platforms such as HubSpot, ATS platforms, HR systems, or any productivity tools
  • Understanding of API integrations, automation workflows, or data mapping concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, reporting tools, or data analysis
  • Familiarity with ITSM such as FreshService is a plus.


Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Strong organization and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment



Working Conditions


  • Hybrid setup.
  • May need to support system rollouts or operational incidents outside regular working hours when necessary.
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.
