Overview

Attri AI is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design

and implementation of robust, scalable web applications. This role requires 4-5 years of

professional experience, with a core focus on architecting and developing backend services in

Python, complemented by strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks. You will play a

critical role in scaling our core products.

Responsibilities

● Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of

high-quality, scalable features across the entire stack—from database design to user

interface.

● Backend Mastery (Python Core): Architect and build highly performant, secure, and

maintainable backend APIs and services primarily using Python (e.g., Django, Flask,

FastAPI).

● Frontend Development: Develop responsive, engaging, and highly usable interfaces

using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).

● Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and

write complex, efficient queries to support application needs.

● DevOps & Deployment: Work with containerization (Docker) and deployment pipelines

(CI/CD) to ensure rapid, reliable, and automated releases. Experience with cloud

infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a strong plus.

● Mentorship and Code Quality: Serve as a mentor for junior developers, participate

actively in code reviews, and drive best practices in testing, documentation, and system

monitoring.

● Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, performance

bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities across the entire platform.

Minimum Qualifications

● 4-5+ years of demonstrable professional experience in Full Stack Development.

● Proven expertise in Python and experience building large-scale, production-ready

backend systems using Python frameworks.

● Strong command of a modern JavaScript framework (React, Next.js).

● Deep understanding of web standards, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.

● Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database

modeling.

● Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectural best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

● Familiarity with microservices architecture and message queue technologies.

● Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.

● Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and site reliability practices.

● Contribution to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.
