QA/Test Engineer_Loan IQ

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end product testing from requirement analysis to sign-off
• Design and execute test cases and scenarios
• Conduct web application testing and defect tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery

Required Skills:

• Experience in Lending Domain (Loan IQ preferred)
• Strong expertise in software and product testing
• Hands-on experience in full testing lifecycle
• Knowledge of web application testing

Loan IQ Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Loan IQ application components
• Work on Loan IQ SDK, APIs, and scripting
• Perform configuration, integration, and enhancements in Loan IQ
• Support loan lifecycle activities including deal setup, servicing, interest, fees, and billing
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities
• Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and support teams
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Loan IQ
• Experience with Loan IQ SDK, Java, and XML
• Good understanding of commercial lending / syndicated loans
• Experience with interfaces and integrations
• Knowledge of SQL / Oracle databases
• Familiarity with loan accounting, interest calculations, and fee processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Loan IQ upgrades or version migrations
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
• Banking or financial services domain experience
• Experience with reporting tools

Business Analyst_Loan IQ

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements related to LoanIQ modules.
• Translate operational needs into functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and target processes.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Strong working knowledge of LoanIQ modules including:
• Deal Setup
• Drawdowns
• Interest & Fee Processing
• Payments
• Agency functions
• Accounting entries
• Support configuration and parameter changes in LoanIQ.
• Work closely with IT teams for enhancements and defect fixes.
• Partner with loan operations teams to resolve production issues.
• Analyze root causes of system/process defects.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Assist in reconciliations and regulatory reporting alignment.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Communicate project updates and risks effectively.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Improve STP (Straight Through Processing).
• Contribute to operating model transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Corporate Lending / Syndicated Loans.
• Strong hands-on experience with LoanIQ.
• Good understanding of:
• Loan lifecycle
• Interest calculations
• Accruals
• Agency servicing
• Accounting flows
• Experience in writing BRD/FRD.
• Knowledge of SQL (preferred but optional).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in UAT and defect management.
