Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Data Analytics professional with strong business acumen and analytical thinking. The role involves working closely with Business, Operations, and Technology stakeholders across the bank to analyze complex business problems, derive insights from data, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be curious, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a large, multi-stakeholder banking environment.

What You’ll Do

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration

Analyze business problems and translate them into data-driven analytical solutions.
Collaborate with Business, Operations, Risk, and Technology stakeholders across the bank.
Understand business context, data availability, and operational constraints to propose effective analytics use cases.

Data Analytics & Insights

Perform exploratory data analysis and develop analytical models to support business initiatives.
Work on multiple banking use cases, preferably in credit risk and related domains.
Apply analytics techniques to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.

Delivery & Ownership

Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset with strong ownership of deliverables.
Commit to timelines, take charge of assigned tasks, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Operate effectively in a large organization with diverse and cross-functional stakeholders.

Learning & Innovation

Continuously learn new tools, techniques, and business concepts at an accelerated pace.
Show curiosity and initiative to enhance analytics capabilities and improve solution quality.
