What will you do?

As a mid-level Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work closely with engineers, product teams, and key stakeholders to help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our products through both manual and automated testing. You will contribute to test planning and execution, identify and manage defects, support release readiness, and help strengthen overall quality practices across the team. Where relevant, you will also support the testing of AI-powered application features and user experiences.

Test Delivery

• Design and execute manual and automated testing to ensure product quality, functionality, and usability.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, API, and data validation testing where required.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with engineers and product teams to understand requirements, identify defects, and support release readiness.
  
  

Quality Improvement

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, automation practices, and team quality standards.
• Support the testing of AI-powered features, including response quality, relevance, grounding, consistency, and overall user experience.
  
  

What can you bring to the team?

Core QA Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance across manual and automated testing.
• Demonstrated experience in test design, test execution, and defect management.
• Sound understanding of core testing types, including functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and API testing.
  
  

Technical Capability

• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language.
• Experience working with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language - preferably JavaScript/Typescript and TestScript,
• Ability to write SQL and KQL (Azure) queries and validate data in databases
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience or interest in testing AI-powered applications.
• Experience using AI tools to improve day-to-day QA activities, for example in test case creation, exploratory testing, bug investigation, test data generation, documentation, or test automation support.
• Professional certification in software testing, such as ISTQB or equivalent.
