Engineering Technical Lead

Role: Engineering Lead – .NET & React

About the Role

We are looking for a Engineering Lead - .Net and React to work on Aurigo Masterworks, our award‑winning enterprise product suite. In this role, you will design and build scalable web applications, lead and mentor development teams, and collaborate closely with product and architecture teams to solve real‑world customer problems.

This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and React
• Lead and mentor a team of developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices
• Drive enhancements and innovation across Aurigo Masterworks, ensuring performance, reliability, and usability
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs
• Design and optimize databases using SQL Server / Postgres and strong RDBMS principles
• Contribute to front‑end development using React.js (Redux, Hooks)
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) to design and deploy secure, scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience developing web applications using Microsoft .NET
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Microservices
• Hands‑on experience with React.js, Redux, and React Hooks
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or Postgres
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with micro‑frontend architecture
• Exposure to third‑party integrations
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Background in enterprise product development
