Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Silverfort Security Engineer Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Silverfort solutions to enhance the security posture of the organization. The daily tasks include evaluating, developing, and deploying security protocols, addressing vulnerabilities, monitoring network and application security, conducting assessments, and mitigating cybersecurity risks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure system compliance and proactive security measures will be required.

Location : Mumbai ,5days mandatory WFO (Andheri east) 

 Role : Silverfort Security Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and maintaining Silverfort¿s Unified Identity Protection (UIP) platform. This role ensures the organization¿s identity infrastructure is protected from credential-based attacks, lateral movement, and unauthorized access by enforcing adaptive MFA, Zero Trust policies, and continuous authentication across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Required Skills & Competencies Deploy and integrate Silverfort with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and cloud identity providers. Configure and maintain Silverfort connectors, agents, sensors, and integration points. Deploy Silverfort MFA for on-premises, cloud, legacy systems, RDP, PowerShell, SSH, and SMB traffic. Set up Zero Trust Access policies, risk-based authentication rules, and access control frameworks. Integrate Silverfort with SIEM, SOAR, PAM tools, EDR, and ticketing systems. Onboard critical applications, service accounts, privileged identities, and admin portals. Monitor identity-based threats: o Lateral movement o Credential harvesting o Brute-force login attempts o Privilege misuse o Service account anomalies o Unauthorized access attempts ¿ Analyze behaviour analytics using Silverfort¿s risk scoring engine. Detect suspicious authentication activity across AD, Azure, and cloud applications. Use Silverfort mapping to identify shadow admins, over-privileged accounts, and risky configurations.
