Job Type: One-year Renewable Contract

JD:

- Develop and maintain scalable applications using .NET Framework and C# programming language

- Design, optimize, and manage MS SQL Server databases, including schema design and query optimization

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices

- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in peer review processes to ensure code quality

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment

- Maintain and update technical documentation for developed applications and database structures

- Optimize application performance and database queries to ensure efficient system operation

- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in .NET development

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework (or .NET Core)

- Strong expertise in MS SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns

- Experience with relational database design and SQL query development

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, or similar)

- Knowledge of software development methodologies and agile practices

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Experience with Visual Studio or similar integrated development environments

- Preferred: Experience with Entity Framework or LINQ

- Preferred: Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and API development

- Preferred: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or microservices architecture

- Preferred: Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development
