Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Golang and hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performance applications. This role requires strong system design fundamentals, production experience, and the ability to work across the entire technology stack.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang and RESTful APIs
Build and integrate full-stack features using modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or React Native
Design, implement, and optimize relational database schemas (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and improve query performance
Develop real-time systems using WebSockets, event-driven architectures, and background workers
Integrate third-party services (payments, messaging, maps, authentication, etc.)
Implement caching and state management solutions using Redis to enhance system performance and reliability
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality features
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and production debugging
Ensure security, observability, scalability, and fault tolerance of production systems
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Required Skill:

Strong experience in Golang for backend development
Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and service-to-service communication
Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) with query optimization experience
Hands-on experience with Redis, background jobs, and asynchronous processing
Experience with frontend or mobile frameworks (Angular, React, React Native)
Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Solid understanding of system design principles, data structures, and performance optimization
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
