System Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts (API, middleware, message queue)
• Hands-on experience with Kibana for log monitoring and analysis
• Experience in handling or integrating with AS400 / legacy systems
• Proficiency in API documentation tools (e.g. Postman, Swagger)
• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON and XML, including data mapping
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Job Desc:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and document system integration (API, data mapping, interface)
• Ensure smooth integration between internal systems and third-party services
• Support SIT/UAT and ensure data consistency across systems
• Troubleshoot integration issues (API errors, data mismatch)
• Monitor logs using Kibana for issue analysis
• Handle integration with legacy systems (AS400)
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders
