Role Overview

As a Data Analyst you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Mandatory skill : Data Analyst, Python, GCP, DBT(Data Build Tool), SQL, BigQuery

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Build and maintain data models in BigQuery and DBT to support business intelligence and reporting needs, enabling stakeholders to access and analyze data efficiently.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements for new features and ensure data is captured accurately and consistently.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support strategic decision-making, providing timely and relevant insights.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

Required Skillset

Demonstrated ability to design and implement ETL processes using SQL, Python, and cloud-based data integration tools.
Proven expertise in data modeling and data warehousing concepts, with experience using BigQuery and DBT.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, with the ability to write complex queries to extract and transform data.
Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques, with the ability to apply these techniques to solve business problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms such as GCP.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
