• Engage users to understand strategic and operational needs, capture requirements, identify gaps and translate these into solutions.
• Provide daily applications support and perform administrator functions such as user management, security management, etc.
• Conduct regular user trainings as well as reviews and revise training materials.
• Manage business applications related projects, including user acceptance tests and data migration, and ad-hoc assignments.
• Provide ad-hoc support to other application systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, HRMS, etc, when needed.
• Ensure data handling and system configurations comply with organisational policies and applicable regulations (e.g. PDPA).
• Manage 3rd party vendors and consultants to achieve holistic outcome/ goal.
• Develop SOP, user guides, training materials and systems documentations and ensure these are up-to date.
• Provide assistance in planning, design, research and acquisition of new or upgraded business applications.
• Prepare reports/ dashboards for IT department.
• Continuous work improvement in operational efficiency through automation scripts, implementation of new technology and knowledge sharing.
• Be a role model, to lead by example in workplace and provide guidance to junior colleagues.

Minimum Education / Qualifications
• Diploma/ Degree in Information systems or equivalent.
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience
• 2 years’ or more experiences in CMS, CRM business applications support and project implementation.
Knowledge/Skills
• Experiences in analysing, designing and implementing information systems and strong passion in business processes.
• Experiences in Client Management System processes (e.g. Referral, Admission, Case Management, Attendance Management, Incident Management, Fee Management, Graduation, etc).
• Experiences in project, incident, change and risk management.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g. PDPA, GDPR) and organisational security standards.
• Knowledge of process modelling tools and techniques (e.g. UML, BPMN).
• Basic experience in software development and programming languages (e.g. Java, .Net, Apex, HTML, etc).
• Basic understanding in NetSuite/ SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HRMS, Business Intelligence and workflow tool would be an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Power Platform, Copilot, Microsoft Office and other Windows and web applications.
