Senior Developer / System Analyst (Core Banking)

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintenance of pragmatic high quality software to support business requirements.

Work with Technology team to build a maintainable technology infrastructure including build & testing environment.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform impact analysis and propose effective solutions.

System Design & Development

• Design user interfaces and functional specifications.
• Develop system architecture, integration design, and application logic.
• Analyze API specifications for system interfacing and integration.

Documentation

• Prepare comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including:
• Business Requirement Document (BRD)
• System Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and System Flow
• Functional Specification Document
• Detailed Design Specification Document
• Test Cases for SIT and UAT
• Training Materials and User Manuals

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Design and execute unit tests and system integration tests (SIT).
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and track defects to ensure timely resolution.

Deployment & Support

• Prepare and execute data migration plans for production environments.
• Deploy and maintain applications post-go-live.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.

User Training & Communication

• Conduct training sessions for end-users on system functionality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and Thai
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Programmer/Developer or System Analyst in IT projects.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Developing business process maps.
• Preparing formal documentation such as BRD, System Diagram, Sequence Diagram, System Flow, Functional Specification Document, Detailed Design Specification Document, Test Cases for SIT and UAT, Training Documents, and User Manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
