As a Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding these systems—especially in the context of rapidly developed, AI-powered products (vibe coding). You will ensure security is built in from the ground up, enabling our products to scale safely while addressing emerging risks in modern software and AI systems.

WHAT YOU DO

Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans for systems, applications, and APIs
Design, implement, and maintain security controls and policies
Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents
Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into product design and development (DevSecOps)
Participate in audits, compliance activities, and improve the overall security posture
Stay up to date with emerging security threats and trends

AI & Vibe Coding Security (New – Core Focus)

Ensure the security of products rapidly built with AI (AI-assisted / vibe coding)
Assess and manage risks when using AI in software development:
AI-generated code risks
Dependency / open-source risks
Design and implement security mechanisms for AI systems:
Control model input/output
Prevent prompt injection and jailbreak attacks
Mitigate data leakage through AI
Build automated security scanning tools/pipelines within CI/CD
Collaborate with AI Engineers to secure:
Prompt design
Model integration (APIs / open-source models)
Data pipelines (RAG, embeddings, logs, etc.)
Conduct adversarial testing (light Red Teaming) for AI systems
Act as a security advisor for teams developing AI-powered products

You will work directly on emerging security challenges in AI systems - an area where best practices are still evolving.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
At least 2+ years of experience in Security / Application Security / Cloud Security
Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
Experience with security tools and technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, vulnerability scanners, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevSecOps practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Modern Security & AI (Highly Preferred)

Experience or knowledge in:
API security, web security (OWASP)
CI/CD and automation
Experience with scripting (Python or equivalent) to build tools and automation

Nice to have:

Exposure to AI/ML systems:
LLMs (OpenAI or open-source models)
RAG pipelines, vector databases
Understanding of AI-related security risks:
Prompt injection
Data leakage
Jailbreaking techniques
Experience using AI tools in the development workflow

Deep AI expertise is not required, but a strong learning mindset and willingness to work with emerging systems are essential.
