How You Will Do It

Participate in the design and development of end-to-end AI and analytics full-stack solutions using relevant technologies.
Independently define solution approaches, develop required functionalities, and implement them by analyzing inputs and desired outputs.
Perform data preprocessing, harmonization, and feature engineering to prepare modeling datasets.
Design and develop a scalable, modular architecture for new and existing AI applications.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with LLM-based AI agent orchestration, workflow automation, and guardrails across the full lifecycle.
Have experience with cutting-edge technologies such as RAG, MCP, A2A, and knowledge graphs.
Bring professional experience in developing full-stack web applications, including web apps and REST APIs, with strong back-end and front-end software engineering skills.
Possess advanced Python programming skills and experience with relevant data science/AI frameworks and agentic AI orchestration tools and workflows, such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Temporal, Celery, Airflow, and Dagster.
Have solid DevOps skills and cloud infrastructure knowledge, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Quickly and independently get up to speed on new topics.
Apply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Exercise sound independent judgment while collaborating with others and influencing project teams.
