Product Management Officer

Job Summary:

The Product Management Officer will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing banking products and services to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, market analysis, and strategic planning to ensure product competitiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the bank’s goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Coordinate with branch operations, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on product performance and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in branch banking operations within a bank or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of banking products, regulatory requirements, and operational processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Willing to be assigned at Ortigas or Makati Head Office.
