Beem is looking for a Senior Web Developer to take end-to-end technical ownership of our Next.js-based website and lead its transformation into a high-performance, SEO-optimized, accessible, and scalable web platform.

⚠️ Eligibility: Candidates must be graduates from IIT, IIIT, NIT, UVCE, or RVCE. (This is a mandatory requirement. Applications from candidates outside these institutions will not be considered)

About the Role-

Our current website requires significant improvements across performance, SEO, and architecture. You will work closely with Design, Product, and SEO teams to build a production-grade experience optimized for users, search engines, and modern web standards.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Own technical development and performance of trybeem.com
• Lead homepage redesign and responsive UI implementation
• Improve technical SEO, crawlability, and server-side rendering
• Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) through performance tuning
• Build scalable landing and comparison pages
• Integrate and manage a headless CMS (Sanity.io or Contentful)
• Implement analytics, monitoring, and performance tracking
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments

✅ Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on production experience with:

• Next.js 15 (App Router, SSR / ISR / SSG, Server Components)
• React + TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS v4
• Framer Motion
• Radix UI or accessible component systems
• Advanced image optimization (next/image, AVIF/WebP)
• Headless CMS integration (Sanity.io / Contentful)
• Analytics tools (Mixpanel or Amplitude)
• Monitoring tools (Sentry, Web Vitals)
• Performance optimization & Core Web Vitals
• Git workflows, CI/CD & deployments (Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS)

⭐ Preferred / Nice to Have

• Edge Functions or serverless architecture
• Lighthouse CI or automated testing
• GSAP or Lottie animations
• SEO engineering & schema.org implementation
• Design systems / component libraries experience
• Fintech or high-traffic consumer product background
