Role Responsibilities:

DCS Control Configuration & I/O Setup

Perform control configuration for 2,500 I/O points with simple loops (PAS-SC-1.1), including building a configuration database with P&ID No., CM Name, and IO Name.
Deliver asset export, hardware export, CM export/EB files/PLC system export (XML format), assumptions list, and query file.

HMI Graphic Development

Develop 50 pages of HMI graphics (PAS-SC-1.4) linked to P&ID No., CM Name, and IO Name, and deliver assumptions list and query file.

Third-Party Interface Implementation

Implement third-party QDB interface for 1,000 I/O points (PAS-SC-4.1), deliver completed QDB database files, assumptions list, and query file.

Documentation Preparation

Write DDS (Medium-Complex level) document for 2,500 I/O points (PAS-SC-7.3), deliver a formatted Word document with proper indexing.
Prepare testing, validation, and FAT documentation for 2,500 I/O points (PAS-SC-11.2).

Quality & Delivery

Conduct in-house quality checks to ensure all deliverables comply with Company Experion PKS C-300 system standards and project requirements.
Execute lump-sum remote engineering scope and meet project milestones.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Process Control, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in a leading distributed control system (DCS) platform, including controller configuration, I/O setup, loop control, and HMI development.
Experience in DCS third-party interface development (e.g., QDB), XML file export, and database configuration.
Ability to independently prepare and format technical documents (DDS, FAT, etc.).
Familiarity with P&ID diagrams and mapping process drawings to DCS configuration.
Good English reading and writing skills to understand technical specifications and deliverable requirements.
Strong remote collaboration and communication skills to align progress and meet deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to engineering quality and documentation standards.
Prior experience in lump-sum remote engineering delivery is preferred.
