AI Product Manager - Manifest AI (Merchant Experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the merchant-facing experience for Manifest AI — our AI-powered shopping assistant used by ecommerce brands globally. You'll be responsible for how merchants set up, train, monitor, and get value from their AI agent.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end merchant experience — from onboarding to daily operations to ongoing optimization
• Building and improving AI-driven onboarding flows that get merchants live faster with less manual effort
• Designing Voice of Customer (VoC) systems that surface actionable insights from shopper conversations back to merchants
• Driving AI-powered product insights and recommendations that help merchants understand what's working and what needs attention
• Improving how merchants configure, train, and evaluate their AI agent's performance
• Working closely with engineering, design, and customer success to ship iteratively

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years in product management, preferably in SaaS, ecommerce, or AI/ML products
• Experience building merchant/seller/admin-facing tools
• Comfort working with AI capabilities and translating them into practical merchant value
• Strong sense of UX — you care about making complex things feel simple
• Data-driven mindset with ability to define and track the right metrics

Good to Have

• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or recommendation systems
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar ecommerce platforms
• Worked in a startup or high-growth environment
