Job Summary

Work with the CTO (Ashutosh Singla, https://www.linkedin.com/in/ashu1461/) directly on multiple high impact items to optimise developer productivity and build shared infrastructure for development teams.

Ideal candidates should be comfortable with cloud infrastructure and backend technologies and have some familiarity with LLMs / Agents.

KRAs

AI Agents :

• Create internal agents for developers and business teams to optimise the development / sales processes.
• Examples include : Agents to automatically generate unit test / e2e automation cases.
• Try out and measure efficiency of new tools like Devin etc.

Cloud cost optimisation :

• Analyse the current infrastructure usage and costs to identify potential savings opportunities.
• This can include optimisation of deployed services on cloud including our Elastic / Redis / PGSQL databases, GKE / Cloud run servers / Networking cost etc.

Shared Infrastructure :

• Design and build reusable tools and platforms that can be shared across development teams.
• Create centralized solutions for common developer needs.

Requirements

• Expertise in one or multiple cloud technologies including databases / servers / CDNs / API gateways / Load balancers.
• Familiarity with AI / LLMs (AI agents)
• 3+ Years of experience in core tech companies
• Will be an in office role.
• Commitment to excellence and not settling for bare minimum.

Interview process 🧬

Like our work we have a fast paced interview process, we typically have three interview rounds

• Round 1 DS Algorithm / Coding Round : We will be working on an implementation problem where you would be required to write typically around 50-150 lines of code. We check how quickly and how accurately you write code.
• Round 2 Implementation/Software Development Round : If you are a backend developer you can be asked to write some code which involves making an API in your favourite language, for frontend you can be asked to build some UI quickly.
• Round 3 Design Round : This is a high level design discussion which will involve the concepts of software architecture and how would you go about starting projects from scratch

• Please make sure that you have your local development set up. Some interviews might require live coding.
• Please make sure that you are in an environment that allows you to turn your camera on and make the interview more interactive.
