Card product manager

Responsibilities:

• As a Card Product Manager you'll be responsible for the developing and managing card products in multiple markets.
• Work closely with business development, technical team, finance, risk, compliance, legal, etc. to deliver world class crypto card products.
• Advise and collaborate with business teams to design product roadmap and outline key milestones. The product design skill set including prototyping using wireframe and sequence diagram tools, good user story telling.
• Deliver detailed PRD requirements and interactive designs with considerations of technical feasibility and implementation plans.
• Optimize product performance dashboard, improve product by using data driven approach.
• Lead and supervise the product life cycle by collaborating with our engineering, QA and other stakeholders to fulfill the delivery objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure product's competitive edge and identify improvement opportunities.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5 years+ Card product management experience in card issuing side, experience in various markets is appreciated.
• Understanding of different card processes like reconciliation, settlement, chargeback, etc. in the card industry.
• Good knowledge about product development life cycle, portfolio management and have experience involved at various stages. Able to manage the card portfolio with positive PnL and great penetration to active users to our platform.
• Good understanding of the risk, compliance frameworks in card industry.
• Excellent prioritization framework, ability to rationalize and align with the stakeholders on the scope of the MVP and further product development.
• Being a self-driven high flyer in fast-pacing environment with the inspiration to create and manage a best-in-class crypto card product.
