Who May Apply

Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the trading systems on the backend portal that configures and controls trading logic.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical product specifications for engineering implementation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver system improvements with high accuracy, stability, and scalability.
• Manage key trading logic configurations, examples like contract parameters, leverage/margin rules, liquidation, funding- rates, and risk limits.
• Partner with Trading Risk, Product Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure system updates/enhancements are safe, compliant, and well-governed.
• Monitor system performance and incidents, support troubleshooting, and drive continuous optimization of internal workflows and controls.
  
  

Requuirements

• Bachelors, Masters/PHD degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quant fields.
• Less than 5 years of experience (including internships), ideally in trading systems, backend product, fintech, quant, or platform roles.
• Strong understanding of trading fundamentals such as order book mechanics, margin, leverage, liquidation, PnL, and risk management concepts.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to work with complex mathematical models and system rules.
• Comfortable working with data and technical teams; experience with SQL/Python/Excel is a strong plus.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
