We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—of key initiatives that align with Bitsmedia’s strategic vision. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of Muslim Pro, serving millions of users globally across prayer, lifestyle, content, and FinTech experiences.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with strong product instincts, experience in cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for building meaningful digital experiences for the global Muslim community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with Muslim Pro’s mission to support users in their daily Islamic lifestyle.
• Translate business goals into innovative, user-centric features across core offerings such as prayer, Quran, lifestyle content, and emerging FinTech services.
• Identify opportunities to scale engagement, retention, and monetization across global markets including APAC and MENA.

Collaborate & Drive Execution

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact product features.
• Ensure smooth execution from concept to launch in an agile environment, balancing speed with quality.
• Act as the central point of coordination to align stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.

Experimentation & Data-Driven Optimization

• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
• Leverage analytics, user behavior data, and insights to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Monitor key product metrics and iterate rapidly to optimize outcomes.

Quality Assurance & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Lead and coordinate UAT processes with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure features meet business and user requirements.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, reliability, and usability across all releases.

Customer-Centric Product Development

• Champion the voice of the user by gathering feedback, conducting user research, and analyzing behavior patterns.
• Continuously refine product features to enhance user satisfaction and deliver meaningful value to the Muslim community.

Innovation & Market Awareness

• Stay ahead of industry trends in mobile apps, Islamic digital services, and FinTech innovation.
• Proactively identify and propose new product ideas to keep Muslim Pro competitive and relevant in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
