AI Algorithm Engineer (Generative AI)

Job Description: We are seeking an AI Engineer specialized in Generative AI Agents to focus on cutting-edge algorithm research, performance optimization, and enhancement of image and video AIGC large models and multimodal VLMs. In this role, you will dive deep into model fundamentals, drive technological innovation to address core challenges in generation quality, controllability, and efficiency, push the boundaries of generative AI, and ensure efficient deployment of technological outcomes into mass-production products, including cloud-based generation and editing, as well as end-cloud optimization experience.

Responsibilities:

• esearch training strategies, conduct model fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA), and optimize performance for image/video generation models (e.g., Stable Diffusion series, Sora-like models) to continuously improve the quality and stability of generated content.
• Design and build hybrid technical pipelines and corresponding functional modules tailored to specific product workflows.
• Research and implement advanced optimization techniques such as model compression, quantization, knowledge distillation, and dynamic inference to significantly reduce inference latency and resource consumption, facilitating efficient deployment on mobile and edge devices.
• Participate in the end-to-end process from algorithm prototyping to product deployment, collaborating closely with software and hardware engineering teams to ensure high-performance and reliable algorithm integration.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in research and development of generative AI image generation algorithms, with strong familiarity with models such as Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, LoRA, and optimization methods. Expertise in Transformer architecture and its variants is required.
• Familiarity with mainstream architectures in AIGC and VLMs, and hands-on experience with training workflows, data preparation, and efficient optimization strategies for image generation models.
• Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Strong research capabilities in advancing generative AI algorithms to enhance the realism, consistency, and harmony of generated content.
• Prior experience in developing and optimizing image generation systems (e.g., text-to-image, image-to-video, image editing, style transfer, inpainting) is highly preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
