Job Description

We’re looking for a curious, user-obsessed APM who wants to build meaningful experiences. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to shape features that solve real customer problems.

What You’ll Do

Partner with the Product team to define, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives.
Conduct user and market research to uncover insights, trends, and unmet needs.
Translate insights into structured PRDs, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
Support product roadmap planning and quarterly goal setting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver seamless user experiences.
Assist in product testing, QA validation, and feedback analysis before releases.
Track product performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
Support go-to-market planning, product launches, and performance reviews.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Civil Engineering[Preferred], Computer Science, or related field).
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.9-0
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable steps.
Prior internship, startup experience, or product project work is a bonus.
