We are expanding our technical teams in India and are looking for an Integration Engineer who thrives on building scalable, customer-focused integrations across modern SaaS ecosystems.

Work Timings - 4:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST (EST Hours)

As an Integration Engineer, you will own the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of API-based integrations between BrightEdge and third-party enterprise applications. You’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, Platform Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams to solve real-world customer problems—balancing scalability, reliability, maintainability, and user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building integrations end-to-end, troubleshooting complex data workflows, and collaborating across global teams.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain integrations with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google APIs, Adobe Experience Cloud, CMS/DAM platforms, and more
Architect integration flows using REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, event-driven patterns, webhooks, and ETL pipelines
Write reliable, secure, and well-documented code using best practices and standards
Debug and resolve integration failures, data sync issues, and API exceptions in production environments
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to scale integrations for thousands of enterprise users
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, sprint planning, and architectural decisions
Develop internal tools, automation scripts, and monitoring systems to improve integration reliability
Work with Customer Success teams to understand use cases, provide technical expertise, and support integration rollouts

Qualifications

3–7 years of experience building SaaS integrations or backend services

Required Skills

Strong experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, JSON, webhooks, and API lifecycle management
Strong programming skills in Python / Node.js / Java (any one required)
Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and systems thinking mindset

Preferred Skills

Experience building integrations for Martech, AdTech, CRM, CMS, or analytics ecosystems
Experience with GraphQL
Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), ETL tools, or iPaaS platforms (Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier, Tray.io, Boomi)
