Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OIC Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in building integrations between Oracle SaaS applications (ERP/HCM) and PaaS/on-prem systems, along with solid experience in Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).

You will work closely with functional consultants and technical teams to deliver scalable integration solutions across Oracle Fusion landscapes.

Key Development & Architecture

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Build integrations between :
Oracle Cloud ERP / HCM (SaaS)
SaaS, PaaS / On-prem applications
Develop both synchronous and asynchronous integrations following best practices.
Work extensively with OIC adapters including :
Oracle ERP Adapter
File Server Adapter
Database Adapter
FTP Adapter
Design REST/SOAP-based integrations and API workflows.

Web Services & Data Transformation

Develop mappings using XML, XPath, XSLT, XSD, WSDL, SOAP.
Implement complex transformations and routing logic.
Perform integration orchestration and fault handling.

Database & Backend Integration

Build integrations involving Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).
Develop SQL queries, procedures, and data operations for integration use cases.
Handle data validation, reconciliation, and error management.

VBCS Development

Develop custom applications and pages using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
Deploy VBCS applications into Fusion environments.
Configure role-based access control and security.

SDLC Ownership

Participate in all phases of SDLC :
Requirement gathering
Technical design
Development
Testing
Deployment
Post-production support
Create and maintain technical documentation including :
Design documents
Integration specifications
Mapping documents
Support UAT and production issues with strong debugging and root cause analysis.

Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.
Translate functional requirements into technical integration designs.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables including development milestones, QA signoffs, and project reviews.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory :

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Strong experience integrating :
Oracle Cloud ERP
Oracle Cloud HCM
SaaS- PaaS / On-prem systems
Hands-on with minimum 3-4 OIC Adapters (ERP, File Server, Database, FTP mandatory)
Strong expertise in :
XML
XPath
XSLT
SOAP
WSDL
XSD
Experience with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP)
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Experience across full SDLC lifecycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Good To Have

Experience with REST APIs and JSON payloads
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Security and role-based access
Knowledge of Oracle BIP / OTBI integrations
Experience in performance optimization and integration monitoring
Prior experience in enterprise Oracle Fusion implementations

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
