Job Description

The role of the Sr Exec, Pricing & Product Management is to support the Product Management team in optimizing for both short-term and long-term profitability. The role will work on key initiatives, including managing the Innovation Pipeline, supporting New Product launches and providing pricing guidance to our sales team.

Accountabilities

Pricing
Analyze and understand market trends, internal capabilities and product value proposition to support the Pricing Manager in providing price guidance to the Sales team.
Compile and review existing costing models, from SAP, for key products. Work with various functions to ensure accuracy of standard costs.
Based on costing data and historical sales prices/margins, develop, and maintain a pricing structure for pricing SKUs, based on sales volume, geography, channel etc.
Product Management
Coordinate the New Product Development process –

manage the prioritization within the product development pipeline;
work with Sales and Marketing to identify relevant consumer needs and trends;
work with Innovation and R&D to evaluate product modifications and new product development to cater to these;
evaluate the business case for new product development;
support new product launches, by coordinating various tasks across marketing, sales, application testing, pricing and operations.

Preparing the monthly Product Management Review

Requirement :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Food Science.
2-5 years of experience gained in manufacturing or trading industry. Familiarity with commodity or food ingredients a plus.
Strong analytical skills;
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP and Tableau is beneficial
Excellent communicator (both verbal and writing), with strong analytical and presentation skills
Go-getter; proactive and a team player
Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment and across multiple geographies
Influencing skills and highly collaborative in group settings
