We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in delivering impactful, end‑to‑end solutions with Salesforce as the core platform. You will be involved in configuration and customisation work, development activities, unit testing, deployments, and supporting SIT, UAT and training activities. The role may also involve working with relevant complementary technologies (e.g. AWS).

Must have skills and experience
Knowledge of Java, OOP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Understanding of the Salesforce platform and automation tools, and the ability to leverage them effectively.
Ability to meet timelines for assigned work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have
Salesforce certifications such as OmniStudio Developer/Consultant, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer, Public Sector Solutions.
Understanding of Salesforce technical requirements, system configuration, and development (Apex, LWC/OmniScript), as well as deployment processes.
Prior experience or familiarity with public sector processes.
Experience with CI/CD tools, release management and integrations.

Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies proactively throughout each sprint.

Consistent and timely delivery of user stories per sprint, meeting assigned story point estimates and acceptance criteria.
High-quality development demonstrated through strong unit test coverage and low defect rates.
Stable and predictable releases by adhering to build, test, and deployment processes.
Effective communication and collaboration, reflected in clear updates during sprint ceremonies and positive feedback from peers, leads, and stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
