Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute CLI’s global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain enterprise-wide cybersecurity governance, policies, and standards.
• Oversee global security operations, including threat detection, monitoring, and incident response.
• Drive vulnerability management, forensic investigations, and post‑incident analysis.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA, MAS TRM, GDPR, and other global cybersecurity regulations.
• Lead audits, compliance reviews, and reporting to regulators and Board committees.
• Embed secure‑by‑design principles across architecture, cloud, applications, and digital platforms.
• Oversee IAM, security architecture reviews, and selection of security technologies and tools.
• Provide cybersecurity advisory to senior leaders and build strong cross‑functional partnerships.
• Strengthen business continuity, cyber resilience, and readiness through drills and proactive testing.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity leadership, ideally within real estate, financial services, asset management, or large global enterprises.
• Proven experience leading cybersecurity strategy, governance, operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong expertise in security frameworks and standards ( e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls ).
• Deep understanding of cloud security, application security, network security, IAM, and data protection technologies.
• Experience with MAS TRM, PDPA, and international privacy/cybersecurity regulations.
• Solid grasp of digital transformation technologies—cloud, IoT, data platforms, AI, OT security.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance cybersecurity needs with organisational objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate future risks and opportunities.
