About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support our business teams with reliable data insights. The ideal candidate must be strong in SQL and Power BI, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate raw data into meaningful dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate data from multiple data sources.
Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
Understand business requirements and convert them into analytical solutions.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting outputs.
Collaborate with product, operations, and tech teams to resolve data issues or define data requirements.
Document data definitions, dashboards, and recurring processes

Must-Have Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a data analysis role.
Strong SQL proficiency (joins, aggregations, subqueries, window functions).
Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report building).
Good understanding of relational databases.
Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
