Senior Software Engineer

The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-impact Senior Software Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for a high-performing engineering team within a leading regional automotive ecosystem. This role is for a developer who has moved beyond "just coding" and is ready to take ownership of system architecture, lead technical initiatives, and drive digital transformation.

You will be responsible for building the bespoke engines and automation frameworks that define our business unit’s competitive edge. From scaling complex decisioning logic to architecting intelligent automated workflows, your work will have a direct, visible impact on our regional operations.

Technical Leadership & Responsibilities

• Architecture & Ownership: Lead the technical design and execution of high-stakes financial decisioning engines and core business transformation initiatives.
• Technical Stewardship: Act as the technical North Star for the team. You will conduct deep-dive code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor engineers to ensure a high-performing, "clean code" culture.
• Automation Strategy: Identify manual bottlenecks in business workflows and design automated solutions. You will build and manage n8n pipelines and intelligent systems for high-volume data ingestion and processing.
• Full-Stack Development: Build and scale robust, responsive web applications using TypeScript, Next.js, and Nuxt.js.
• System Integration: Design event-driven services that interact with Kafka and MySQL, ensuring high availability and performance in a cloud-native environment.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of delivery by leveraging modern CI/CD and testing frameworks (GitLab, ArgoCD, Playwright).

Technical Challenges You'll Tackle

• Service Orchestration: Architecting complex event-driven workflows to harmonize interactions across a multi-platform ecosystem.
