Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to drive technical excellence and innovation. This is a high-priority role where you will architect scalable solutions, mentor engineering teams, and shape the technical direction of critical products.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Define and drive architecture decisions for full-stack applications using modern technologies
• Design and optimize database schemas using Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL
• Develop and maintain containerization strategies using Docker and AWS ECS
• Lead AWS infrastructure optimization efforts across ECS, Aurora PostgreSQL, ElastiCache Redis, and ECR
• Establish technical roadmap aligned with business objectives and product strategy

Development & Quality

• Hands-on development using Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring best practices, performance, and maintainability
• Implement and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development workflows
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering practices

Team Development

• Mentor and guide engineering team members in technical skills and career growth
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through documentation, tech talks, and pair programming

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 8-10 years of professional software development experience
• 4+ years in technical leadership or lead developer roles
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex full-stack applications at scale
• Hands-on experience working on full stack application development

Technical Expertise

• Frontend: Expert-level proficiency in React (preferably React 19), Next.js (ideally Next.js 16), and TypeScript
• Backend: Strong experience with Node.js server-side development
• Database: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM; experience with database design and optimization
• Caching: Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and session management
• Cloud Infrastructure: Solid AWS experience, specifically with:
• ECS (Elastic Container Service)
• Aurora PostgreSQL
• ElastiCache Redis
• ECR (Elastic Container Registry)
• DevOps: Proficiency in Docker containerization and container orchestration
• Version Control: Expert with Git and modern development workflows
