System Admin Executive

Description:

• Support the operation and monitoring of the system to ensure smooth and efficient system performance.
• Assist in managing leasing operations within the system and ensure proper system usage across related functions.
• Coordinate with the IT department to maintain system stability, identify issues, and support troubleshooting or system improvements.
• Monitor system transactions and activities to identify errors or abnormal cases by comparing system data with actual operations.
• Provide timely alerts and recommendations to correct inconsistencies or operational issues within the system.
• Prepare and consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports based on LMS data.
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and quality of lease contract execution within the system.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely issuance of financial invoices, revenue accruals, and revenue allocation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management. 

Qualification & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Major: Preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Accounting, Applied Accounting, Business Administration, or Shopping Mall / Retail Operations Management.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis or a related functional area.
• Language: Good command of English.
