Job Description

Location: Ho Chi Minh City – Central Retail Head Office

Department: IT Department

Reports to: Infrastructure Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and operate large-scale systems: Linux/Windows servers, virtualization, cloud services, monitoring, backup & DR
Implement and maintain backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
Own and support ITIL processes: Incident, Change, Request, and Escalation
Monitor system performance, capacity, and service quality
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable IT service delivery
Contribute to process improvement and engineering best practices

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for system stability and service quality
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Team-oriented mindset with a service-focused attitude
Willingness to continuously learn and improve technical and operational skills
Willingness to support systems outside normal working hours when required

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience managing large-scale systems (Linux, Windows, Open-source)
Hands-on experience with server and storage systems (Dell, HPE, IBM)
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Ubuntu, SUSE Enterprise Linux
Familiarity with databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and web services (NGINX, Apache, IIS)
Basic understanding of ITIL processes
