Technical Lead

Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers and system analysts, providing technical guidance and support
• Drive the analysis of existing and new application functionalities
• Oversee end-to-end development: design, build, test, and deployment with proper documentation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (PM, Product Owner, BA, Solution Architect) to deliver high-quality solutions
• Foster a self-organized, high-performing engineering culture
• Define and drive technical direction, ensuring best practices and standards are followed
• Establish and maintain development frameworks, standards, and architecture guidelines
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design and implement robust, high-performance, and scalable systems
• Provide accurate estimations, planning, and impact assessments
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure quality, compliance, and performance of all deliverables
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause analysis with effective solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development, full-stack engineering, and system architecture
• Strong expertise in Node.js, web applications, APIs (SOAP/REST), databases, DevOps, and container technologies
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Angular, React) is a plus
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern infrastructure is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Experience in retail or eCommerce is a plus
