Software Engineer (.Net + MVC + AI)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with an AI‑first mindset. This role is ideal for an individual contributor who thrives in building scalable backend systems and actively leverages modern AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude to enhance speed, quality, and innovation in engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET Core
• Architect and implement secure, scalable, and resilient microservices
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server to design schemas, optimize queries, and create stored procedures
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, and code review
• Manage source control and CI/CD workflows using GitHub
• Track tasks and progress using Jira
• Develop and debug applications using Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in backend development using C# and .NET Core
• Proven experience in designing and deploying microservices architectures
• Hands‑on experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control and Jira for project tracking
• Comfortable working in Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code environments
• Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants to enhance development workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience writing unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI‑native development workflows, including prompt engineering, AI‑assisted debugging, and automated documentation
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a passion for innovation
• Ability to influence technical decisions and promote an AI‑first engineering culture
