Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Our main partner BP2I is responsible for the engineering and operations of the system layer of the Windows HQ platform, for both physical, virtual and on-premises cloud infrastructure.
- We are responsible ourselves for the engineering and operations of the Windows Branch platform
- In your role you will integrate the group services at BNPPF, i.e. identify possible gaps between the group services offered and the actual needs of BNPPF. Design and implement a solution to bridge the gap, and this for both Infrastructure and Applicative requirements.
The job mainly consists of the following elements:
- Engineering and support of our infra environment
- Engineering and support our IT clients to integrate their applications on the Windows platforms by respecting and applying the BNPP Fortis engineering and architecture rules and procedures and align these to the BP2I engineering and process rules.
- Assure the correct application of the BNPP Fortis and BP2I procedures in demand-, incident-, problem-, change-, security- and release management
- Manage the Incident and problem management assignment groups
- Respect the change management process when you implement application related changes on the Windows platform
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Knowledge on Cloud (Iaas, Paas).
- Good knowledge of Windows in enterprise environment (workstation & server L3 support)
- Engineering experience: being able to design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot
- PowerShell scripting.
- Required experience: MS Orchestrator, SCOM, SCCM
- Preferred experience: Active Directory, DNS, …
- Be able to work in Agile Way Of Working.
- Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management
