Position Description: We are looking for Salesforce Tester to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify issues, optimize processes, and ensure seamless Salesforce platform integration.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Provide a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing.   

Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards. Ensure that QA processes and procedures for test environments are followed and that the integrity of the various environments are not compromised.  

Ensure adherence to standardised QA policies, processes and documentation standards.   

Help define test cases. Test case reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed.  

Maintain a target billable utilisation aligned to the role.  

Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.  

Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies.

We may need you to be flexible with your work hours.  

Interact, communicate and follow through with development & customer teams throughout testing phase.

Ability to adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day-to-day work as needed without compromising best practices and quality.  

Assist in internal defect triage calls. 

Assist customer with UAT testing as needed.  

Assist with UAT defect triage calls.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a QA capacity  

Minimum Of 3 Year Hands-on Experience With Salesforce Platform  

Strong understanding of SQA methodologies. 

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.

Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects.

Ability to adapt to short sprint cycles. 

Experience in the full software lifecycles from design to deployment.  

Excellent Communication Skills Required And Able To Work Independently. 

Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results.  

Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.

Good-to-Have Skills:

SCRUM & Salesforce certification(s) a big plus.  

Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices a big plus.
