What You Will Be Doing

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will be a strategic technical leader, defining DevOps vision across the organization. You’ll own complex system designs, influence cross-functional teams, and set standards for automation, reliability, and scalability at enterprise scale.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Define and drive DevOps strategy across multiple teams and projects
• Lead design of large-scale, highly available infrastructure systems
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native architecture
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align DevOps with product goals
• Evaluate and introduce new tools/technologies to improve efficiency
• Act as a subject matter expert in cloud, automation, and reliability engineering
• Mentor Senior and Mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Drive incident response and postmortem processes at organizational level
  
  

Requirement

• 8–12+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with leadership exposure
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, service mesh, and microservices deployment
• Strong background in automation, observability, and performance tuning
• Experience influencing technical direction across multiple teams
• Ability to balance hands-on engineering with strategic leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
