Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer (Remote)

Job Overview:

The Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). The role involves hands-on development and customization of SFCC features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that solutions are scalable, following best practices, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), focusing on the creation of scalable and high-performance e-commerce platforms
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Build integrations between SFCC and external services (ERP, CRM, payment gateways, third-party APIs) to ensure seamless operations across systems
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure that all development work is aligned with best practices and architectural guidelines
• Provide 24x7 monitoring and support for SFCC and related systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) development
• Expertise in SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) and SiteGenesis frameworks
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks
• Experience working with version control tools like Git and build/deployment tools such as Jenkins or Bitbucket
• Team player with strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both internal and external teams
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible attitude toward shift coverage
