Key Responsibilities

Analysis of customer and R&D team requirements and consulting for new test system.
Support in calculation of customer and R&D team development testing projects
Plan for equipment and manpower utilization to meet testing indices
Support production team and customer to run new test system (Initial operation and verification of the new test system)
Communication with the customer & Sub-project management
Facilitate continuous improvement on process simplification, labor productivity and cost reduction for testing.
Work closely with Engineers to ensure a smooth and successful introduction of new products to manufacturing
Manage the growth of subordinates, identify, and retain key talent
Supervise a group of manufacturing testing operators and technicians in daily routines to meet departmental goals
Project controlling (cost, timeline)
Documentation for all phases of projects (requirements, design specifications, verification, etc.)
Any other duties as and when required by Engineering Services Manager.

Qualifications

Experience in EMS, Electronics Manufactory (min. 3 years) in the industrial field
Results-oriented, flexibility and traveling availability
Passionate customer focus
Team player
Comprehensive electronics knowledge in different fields (analog and digital circuits, embedded systems, Arduino, NI LabVIEW…)
Advanced knowledge in schematic design
Knowledge of product development processes
(Basic) experience in firmware driver development
Knowledge of electronics measuring and test equipment
Knowing English is an advantage
Engineering degree in electronics [BSc]
Knowledge of conformity testing (CE, UL, FDA, etc.) is a plus
Experience in one of the following industries: medical, consumer, automotive is a plus
Knowledge of Safety Standards such as IPC 610
