Job Description

Job Purpose *

To oversight overall Quality Engineer (QE) activities for Performance Test, Automated Test and oversight VAPT for Digital systems. Technical Test Manager will also work with Business QA Test Lead for alignment of QA functional testing delivery is align for deployment.

Key Responsibilities *

QE Management and QE Improvements and BU Stakeholder Test Management

• Drive, manage, and oversee overall QE activities including Performance Test, Automated Test , & Regression Test (Automated Test)
• Review and sign off test strategy, and test results by testers.
• Track QE milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with the project plan for all technical activities for performance test, automation test and VAPT items for Digital delivery
• Prepare and update on the QE project status reports and dashboards
• Monitor and follow up on project risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID log) for QE deliverables
• Drive reporting cadence and ensure timely submission of dashboards and project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Key liaison with BU QA Test Lead to ensure alignment of delivery and ensure both QE and QA testing closure to meet project delivery. Work closely with BU QA Test Lead and ensure QA testing alignment.
  
  

Performance Test

• Oversight Performance Test and ensure QE Engineer is delivering the performance test execution and delivery
• QE responsible to develop, maintain, execute performance test script and data, and report the performance test result.
• Ensure results of performance test (after Sprints) that is running in Pre Prod meet the performance benchmark.
• Ensure QE responsible to develop, maintain, execute automated test script and data, and report the test result.
• Review the result from QE (Quality Engineer) and ensure performance test meeting the SLA and signed off.
• Drive performance test improvement by QE (quality engineer)
  
  

Test Automation

• Oversight Test Automation from QE Engineer for regression testing
• Work with QE Lead and QE Engineer on test automation initiative and improvement for Digital delivery
• Liaison between QE Lead and QE Engineer with business on Digital test automation strategy and improvement
  
  

Penetration Test

• Coordinate with IT Security and Penetration tester for completion for penetration test for every release.
• Work with IT Security and require stakeholders to ensure the required purchase order from finance is out including the coordination with Penetration vendor scanning for Digital channel systems for every release
• Manage the penetration test/VAPT for Digital fixes with developers and closure of the fixes with developers
• Monitor and track all open findings from penetration test/VAPT till until closure
• Provide updates of the penetration test/VAPT to the Digital project working committee (PWC) and present on the status in Digital PWC
  
  

Job Specification *

Qualifications

(Basic Degree/Diploma etc) Minimum Degree

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements Testing certification will be added advantage

Relevant Work Experience

• Preference with project experience in internet banking or mobile applications or digital delivery projects.
• At least 10 years and above for Testing and Test management experience following testing strategy, test planning, test execution
• Experience in performance testing strategy, performance test planning, performance test execution
• Experience in managing and coordination for penetration test
• Working experience with reporting tools for generating insights and dashboards.
• Background in environments using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
