As a Solution Architect at CloudMile, you will lead the digital transformation journeys of our enterprise clients by aligning technology strategies with business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, you'll architect scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that foster innovation, operational excellence, and agility across organizations.
Enterprise Architecture Strategy Collaborate with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to align business strategies with IT initiatives.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints framework that bridge business goals and technology strategies.
- Drive the development of multi-year technology roadmaps, guiding cloud adoption, digital transformation, and modernization initiatives.
- Lead enterprise architecture governance, standards, and policies, ensuring compliance, security, and interoperability across business units.
Solution Design & Technology Enablement
- Architect end-to-end solutions that leverage best-in-class technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, MongoDB, Confluent, etc.).
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions, integrating application, data, and infrastructure architectures.
- Conduct architectural assessments to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization, delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Guide the selection and integration of enterprise platforms, SaaS solutions, and emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, security).
- Participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) and business case development.
Partnership and Collaboration
- Foster strong partnerships between CloudMile and key cloud service providers (such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, MongoDB, Confluent) to deliver integrated, innovative cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, engineering, product development) to ensure seamless solution design, implementation, and successful client outcomes.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including both technical architects and business leaders, to drive cloud adoption and transformation initiatives across organizations.
What We Need To See
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise cloud architecture, pre-sales, and solution design.
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong sales pipelines in the cloud domain, particularly in enterprise accounts.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, containerization, cloud security, and ISV such as MongoDB and confluent.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities; skilled at crafting secure, cost-effective, and scalable cloud architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Architect Expert) are a strong advantage.
- Experience working with enterprise clients is essential.
