Job Title: Cloud Engineer - Azure

Location: Hyderabad (24x7 rotational shifts)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to manage, monitor, and optimize our cloud infrastructure. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on Azure experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic, SLA-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure
• Troubleshoot Azure services and resolve production issues
• Handle multiple tasks/projects with minimal supervision
• Work in a 24x7 rotational shift model and adhere to SLAs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Lead or support cloud migration initiatives to Azure
• Analyze systems and recommend improvements in security, performance, and compliance
• Contribute to new implementations and enhancements
• Manage virtual environments, business continuity, and disaster recovery
• Maintain documentation (SOPs, RCA reports)
• Ensure server and data security across environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2- 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• At least one Azure certification (Administrator / Developer / Architect)
• Experience with Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, and Migrations
• Strong knowledge of:-
• Virtual Networks, NSG, Load Balancers, Traffic Manager
• Network Monitoring and User Defined Routing
• Experience deploying and managing Azure Virtual Machines (Windows & Linux)
• Familiarity with high availability and disaster recovery setups
• Experience with Azure Security Center, Log Analytics, and Automation
• Hands-on with Web Apps, Azure Functions, and cloud operations
• Strong understanding of Linux and/or Windows OS
